SHIPPING POLICY

Transmission assemblies are packed for freight or heavy-parcel transit according to their size and weight. Shipping is quoted using the destination, required liftgate service and whether delivery is to a commercial address. We provide available tracking or freight-bill details when the shipment is released. The receiving party should inspect the crate or packaging before signing and record any visible damage with the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, especially for remote locations or appointment deliveries. Incorrect addresses, missed freight appointments and requested re-deliveries can create additional carrier fees. Contact us before ordering if a dock, forklift or liftgate will be required.
